Return shipping is free on all U.S. orders.
Items purchased online may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be returned new, unused and with all Who Shirt Company garment tags still attached.
Items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

We accept exchanges of items purchased within 30 days of the date of your order was placed. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, we recommend that you return the item you’d like to exchange and simply purchase a new item at the same time as a separate transaction. This ensures the quickest access to your desired merchandise.
If we have made a mistake in our fulfillment, we will, of course, exchange the item and cover the new shipping charges.
Receiving a Refund
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Please note it takes our warehouse 1 week to receive and process your refund.
Returning Your Purchase
Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of order date. Items must be returned unused, with tags, in their original packaging. Any items returned after 30 days of the order date will not be accepted.
To return an item, follow the procedure below:
1. Please ensure the item(s) you are returning/exchanging comply with our Return Policy Conditions, and the item is packaged in its original box.
2. Please include the original packing list included in your shipment.
3. Use the pre-paid label included in your shipment and drop off at a Fedex location near you.
If you lost your original label, please email email@example.com, and we will send you a new one.
